Greg Yawitz Presents at CCIM-St. Louis
On February 8, KEAT Properties CEO & Owner, Greg Yawitz, presented at a CCIM-St. Louis panel to discuss the Olive Crossing development. Olive Crossing has grown from a low-density project to a world-class, 0.5 million SF development in Olivette, connecting St. Louis "in the center of everything."
Olive Crossing's offerings will include a multifamily apartment building of 181 luxury units, a 160-room dual flag hotel ( Courtyard by Marriott and Element ), 180,000 SF of office space, and over 30,000 SF of retail, dining, and services. Olive crossing broke ground in the fall of 2021 and is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2023.
